HOW WE WORK
We share our process so you know exactly what to expect from the initial consultation, to the renovation design consultation and throughout the project delivery phases. Our full project management services spans all phases to take the stress out of your renovation project and ensure you’re enjoying your newly renovated space in no time.
Initial Consultation
We meet with you in your home to discuss your renovation goals, preferences, and budget. During this phase, we’ll also conduct an initial site inspection to assess the scope of the project. This will help us to identify any potential challenges or opportunities that may impact the design and execution of your renovation. We will take detailed measurements and gather all the relevant information needed to produce an initial cost estimate for your project.
Renovation Design Consultation
With a clear idea of your budget, you can move confidently into your design consultation. Our interior designers will help develop an initial layout, then refine it with you by selecting fixtures, fittings, and finishes to finalise the plan and costs. Already have a design? We’re happy to review it and adjust or skip this phase as needed.
Planning
During the planning phase, we’ll secure any required permits and approvals and provide a detailed, tailored schedule outlining key milestones from start to finish. This runs alongside the detailed design phase to keep the process streamlined and ensure you know exactly what to expect throughout your renovation.
Pre-construction Preparation
We prioritise thorough site preparation to protect your home before construction begins. This includes floor and wall protection, dust seals for adjoining rooms, and furniture coverings if needed. We also organise all necessary resources, materials, and equipment—ensuring smooth delivery, efficient setup, and proper waste removal with a conveniently placed skip bin.
Construction
The construction stage is where your vision becomes reality. At HomeLux, we take pride in our attention to detail and precise execution. Our skilled trades and dedicated project managers ensure every stage runs smoothly, stays on schedule, and meets the highest standards. Throughout the process, we keep you informed and involved every step of the way.
