Our full project management services spans all phases to take the stress out of your renovation project and ensure you’re enjoying your newly renovated space in no time.

From Concept to Completion

PHASE 1

Initial Consultation

We meet with you in your home to discuss your renovation goals, preferences, and budget. During this phase, we’ll also conduct an initial site inspection to assess the scope of the project. This will help us to identify any potential challenges or opportunities that may impact the design and execution of your renovation. We will take detailed measurements and gather all the relevant information needed to produce an initial cost estimate for your project.

PHASE 2

Renovation Design Consultation

With a clear budget in mind, you can confidently begin your renovation design consultation. Our interior designers will create an initial plan and layout, then refine the details with you—factoring in costs as you choose fixtures like tiles, plumbing, electrical, cabinetry, and more. Already have a design? We’re happy to review it and adjust or skip this phase as needed.

PHASE 3

Planning

During the planning phase we will obtain any necessary permits and approvals from local authorities. We also provide a detailed schedule that outlines the timeline of your renovation project, from start to completion. This schedule will be tailored to your specific project and will include all key milestones and deadlines. Our team will work closely with you to ensure that this schedule is realistic and achievable, so that you have a clear understanding of what to expect throughout the renovation process. Parts of this phase happen at the same time as detailed design to ensure the process is as streamlined as possible.

PHASE 4

Pre-construction Preparation

We understand the importance of protecting your home during the construction process. That’s why we prioritise full site preparation before any work begins. Our team will take all necessary measures to protect your home, including floor and wall protection for all main walkways, dust seals to any other rooms, and furniture protection if required. We’ll also secure all necessary resources, equipment, and materials to ensure that your renovation project is executed efficiently and effectively. This includes the delivery of materials to your home and the placement of a skip bin in the appropriate location for easy removal of debris.

PHASE 5

Construction

The construction and renovation stage is where your vision and design truly comes to life. That’s why we pride ourselves on our attention to detail and our commitment to executing every project with precision and care. HomeLux Renovations has a network of highly skilled tradespeople who specialize in various aspects of renovation work. Our dedicated project managers oversee every phase of the construction process, ensuring efficient coordination, timely completion, and adherence to the highest standards of quality. We will also keep you informed throughout the construction and renovation process.

A final inspection walk through will ensure that everything meets your expectations. We will then hand over the completed project to you, along with all relevant documentation and warranties. After handing over, you are free to enjoy your new stunning, functional space that you can enjoy for years to come.
